At Bully Max, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the product remains in resellable condition.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
